This is my team!  It is composed of people like me—we make it what it is.  It will be friendly—if I am.  It will have a good attitude—if I have a good attitude.  It will do great work—if I work.  It will be disciplined—if I am disciplined.  It will be a team filled with love and loyalty—if I help to fill it with these.  Therefore, with the help of God, I shall dedicate myself to the task of being all the things I want my team to be.
